We prioritize the safety, security, and health of our staff and workers, and we implement systems accordingly, as outlined below:

Guidelines for Safety, Security, and Health Systems:

  1. A designated Project Manager oversees the incorporation and enforcement of all safety procedures at the construction site, overseeing both subcontractors and the company's own personnel.
  2. Adequately stocked first aid kits are available on-site.
  3. Security personnel monitor the construction site, maintaining records of personnel, material, and equipment movements, which are subject to verification by the Project Manager and, if required, the Client's authorized representative.
  4. Throughout the construction period, the site is kept clean, organized, and safe, with materials arranged systematically.
  5. A comprehensive site management structure for safety includes:
    • Detailed organization charts outlining the roles of safety staff and subcontractors' safety representatives.
    • Notification systems for all employees and subcontractors, including site monitoring staff.
  6. Thorough documentation of safety-related records and certificates is maintained until the completion of all works on-site, including:
    • Registers for lifting equipment, cranes, slings, hooks, and other relevant apparatus.
    • Method statements (detailed separately).
    • Test certificates for civil, plumbing, and electrical works.
    • Photographic evidence as agreed with the Engineer.
    • Safety reports.
    • Health and Safety File, outlining safety requirements for operation and maintenance.
  7. Scrutiny and verification of all lifting arrangements are conducted, with site tests coordinated with client engineers. Lifting equipment is clearly marked to indicate safe working loads.
  8. Personnel using portable tools and equipment are competent and familiar with equipment limitations, handling, and maintenance.
  9. Adequate personal protective equipment is provided and used by workers and subcontractors on-site.
  10. An emergency plan is developed in collaboration with client engineers, subcontractors, and the Project Manager, considering local emergency services' availability and transportation time to medical facilities in case of injuries.
